We are a mobile application (android and iPhone) based business that allows our users spend to unlock free luxury rewards and special exclusive perks. We allow all points to accumulate universally throughout our entire list of venue partnerships. So if you spend $200 dining at the hot new restaurant and have a $2,000 bill at the premier nightclub, the points are adding up universally to unlock free luxury gifts and VIP experiences. Also, Luxward has innovative technology features for all of our users that creates a seamless and more beneficial process for table booking. 2. What VIP features does the Luxward have?

3. How many points per dollar?
Everyone will receive 10 points per dollar spent.
4. Does it cost anything to join?
No. Luxward is a free mobile app for iPhones and Android mobile devices. The luxury rewards and promos are all free as well.
5. How does the process work?
Once you download the mobile application (iPhone or Android) and create a profile:
Make reservation through mobile app
Attend reservation and pay your tab
Gain points automatically and redeem them for luxury rewards.
6. How often do I receive my points?
Once a month. The beginning of each month we will update your points depending on your spend from the month prior. We are looking to update the points more often in the future.
7. What are the general rules of VIP bottle service?
Minimums - User must spend the minimum which they requested for that particular table. Ex. $2,000 minimum - It does not matter what you order, for as long as you spend more than $2,000 in that sitting.
Number of People - You must show up with the exact amount of people which you have requested or else there is no guarantee the price will be the same. Typically, the more people (especially guys) the more the price/minimum for the table.
Tax and Tip - Always realize that this is a service (thus, bottle service) and tax and tip is NOT included in the quote! You must pay tax and tip at the end which is about 10% for tax in Chicago and 20% is a standard tip for good service.
Admission - Admission is always waived when you purchase a table for the exact amount of people you request. Admission cost could be pricey, so this is always a huge plus and sometimes makes more sense to get tables, rather than pay for entry.
On Time & Dress Well - Be on time for the reservation and dress appropriately or else there is no guarantee of table reservation. Typically, nightclubs frown on jerseys, loose clothing, hats, sneakers, etc. If you are running late or have more questions about the bottle service, feel free to in app chat with your VIP host from the venue within 24 hours prior to the actual reservation.
8. Who is the target audience for Luxward?
Anyone who enjoys the dining and nightlife scene. Typically, those who spend their disposable income on restaurants, bars and nightlife (whether thats 5k, 50k or 500k annually)
9. How do I get bronze, silver and gold status?
Each tier is based upon total annual spend through reservations made with the Luxward mobile application.
Bronze = $12k+ total spend (120,000 points)
Silver = $25k+ total spend (250,000 points)
Gold = $50k+ total spend (500,000 points)
(10 points every $1 spent. All of the statuses are based on the spending history of the year prior and will flush out after the next year)
The higher status the client has the more additional perks that client will receive (outside of the normal features Luxward already provides all users). Also, venue admins can see if you have a status and often take that into consideration when providing extended hospitality.
10. What does the bronze status get you?
Bronze status members will have access to all status members parties and events through out the year. Mingle with other avid Luxward users who enjoy splurging on our platform.
11. What does the silver status get you?
Silver status members will have access to all status members parties and events through out the year. Mingle with other avid Luxward users who enjoy splurging on our platform. Also, it will allow you to suggest custom rewards to our CEO in person. Lastly, we will send a masseuse twice a year to give you a full body massage at your office or the comfort of your own home.
12. What does gold status get you?
Gold status members will have access to all status members parties and events through out the year. Mingle with other avid Luxward users who enjoy splurging on our platform. As a silver member we will allow you to suggest custom rewards to our CEO in person. Also, we will send a masseuse twice a year to give you a full body massage at your office or the comfort of your own home. Lastly, you will have one complimentary private jet shuttle to your desired location from Chicago.
13. Am I obligated to attend my reservation that is accepted when I click "SUBMIT ALL REQUESTS" in my RESERVATIONS tab?
YES. Only pick the venue(s) and time(s) that you would like to attend. If you pick multiple venues and times, Luxward will see which venue accepts first and you will be obligated to attend that specific reservation.
14. How do I redeem rewards?
Once you have enough points for a specific reward, that reward will unlock for you to press the "redeem reward" button. Once you click redeem, a Luxward representative will email you to start the process of procuring that specific reward.
15. Whats the difference between "rewards" and "promos" in the REWARDS tab?
Rewards - Take normal point accumulation and spending. Promos - Promotions that do NOT take normal point accumulation and spending. Example: Load a picture of your face for your profile picture for 100 free points, attend 3 reservations in the month of January for free dry cleaning door to door service, etc.
16. Do my reward points ever expire?
No. Your points will never be taken away from you (unless you skip reservations) and any amount can be redeemed for any reward at your discretion.
17. Is Luxward only available in the Chicago market?
Yes for now. Soon we will be nation wide and all statuses and points will transfer from city to city. You will also always have an "in" everywhere you go.
18. Can I use my credit card rewards programs stacked on top of Luxward?
Yes, double dip with multiple rewards programs. Just book all reservations through Luxward.
19. How do I earn points and how does the point system work?
Once you make a reservation through the Luxward app, pay your tab (cash or any form of credit card is fine) and the venues will be giving us your sub total spend at the end of each month. Your points will be updated when the venues supply us with your spend. For every $1 you spend, its 10 points; $10 = 100 points, $400 = 4,000 points, etc.
20. How do I cancel a reservation?
Under your RESERVATIONS tab, click "APPROVED" to see your upcoming and past reservations. If you would like to cancel an upcoming reservation, simply click the "X" box to the right of that specific upcoming reservation. By doing this, it will notify the venue you have cancelled.
21. How do I chat with the Luxward concierge?
Under the "MORE" tab you will see the "CHAT" button which will allow you to chat with our concierge. The typical hours of the concierge will be noon until midnight, but soon we will have 24 hour concierge at your disposal.
22. Why should I upload a picture of my face for the profile picture?
To indicate how you look to the dining or nightlife management. It's always a good thing in hospitality to put a face to a name, especially when you conduct bottle service for seamless entry. No more waiting in line, trying to find the correct person to talk to!
23. What happens if I miss my reservations?
Luxward will take away points for every reservation missed and you will be kicked off the program if you miss many reservations. Please be courteous to all venues by canceling the reservation in the app (under RESERVATIONS tab, click "APPROVED", then click the X to cancel for that specific reservation).
24. What kind of venues is Luxward partnering with?
Luxward is only partnering with the best venues in Chicago. Every place could be deemed as trendy and/or upscale. We are only working with the best restaurants, coolest bars and hottest nightclubs. Great atmosphere, impeccable service and in very high demand.
25. Why should venues partner with Luxward?
Luxward is a huge marketing tool for all of our partnered venues. We give our partners the ability to accept/decline reservation requests in real time from their iPhone/iPad, gain extensive analytics on all customers and include innovative technology pieces that solve multiple problems in the hospitality industry. We are solely commission based and do not charge any subscription fees or up front costs. We also procure all the rewards on Luxward's behalf. No risk, all rewards.
26. Why should brands partner with us?
If you have a upscale or lifestyle brand that targets the same demographic as Luxward, we would love to entertain the idea of partnering up to benefit both parties. We can advertise and promote your business to our entire user base. 27. If I have a bad experience at one of the venues is it Luxward’s fault?
No. The venues we work with are some of the best venues not only locally, but also on a national level. There is a reason why these venues are getting nominated for awards, featured in magazines and getting appraised by media. But it would be completely naïve to think things never go wrong and bad experiences do not ever take place. Luxward makes the reservation for our clients, but once you arrive at the reservation (on time) then it is the venues responsibility to provide the most hospitable, courteous and pleasant experience. So if anything does happen to go wrong make sure to contact the venues management just as if you made the reservation on your own. But we do appreciate feedback with any venue as always.
28. How does the reservation request work?
Once you have desired reservations in the RESERVATIONS tab, you then must click "SUBMIT ALL REQUESTS" (dining or bottle service) to send the requests to the venues you have chosen. When the first venue accepts, we will notify you that specific reservation is all yours. The other requests will automatically erase. The purpose of this is to get the reservation you want the quickest, to see who response with acceptance first. You also have the ability to request time frames (5-9pm, 2:30-4:30pm, etc) for a better chance of getting your reservation request accepted.
29. How does the search bar work at the top right of the application exactly?
The search bar is there for you to type in key words that are back end algorithm recognizes and will filter the relevant results. EX. If you type in “Italian” then our Italian venues will be listed first.
30. What if I forgot my password?
The home screen where you sign in for your user profile has a section that says “forgot password” – follow the steps from there.
31. What do the icons mean through the app?
Fork and Knife - Venue has food available
Champagne Bottle In Bucket - Venue has bottle service available
Fireball - Venue is hot on that particular day because of a known party that has a great atmosphere
32. Can I simply order just drinks without food at a dining reservation?
Yes you can, just make sure its worth the waiters time.
33. How can I view the events coming up for nightlife?
You can toggle to bottle service on any venue page and scroll down to "LISTED EVENTS". Also, be sure to follow us on social media for event and party updates in real time.
34. What is the difference between "PENDING" and "APPROVED" under RESERVATIONS tab?
The pending section is all of your requests that are currently on your que but have NOT been sent out yet. Once you submit all requests and a venue accepts your reservation, that specific reservation can be found in the approved section. Simply toggle from pending to approved to view your past history of accepted reservations with your points tied to each reservation. NOTE: Your points will be updated the first week of each month.
35. Do I have to have the exact number of people for each reservation?
Yes. It is extremely important to be exact for any and all reservation requests. The venue may be able to accommodate your last minute change, but its quite ideal to have an accurate guest count at reservation request.
36. Can I work for Luxward?
CONTRACTED: We are always looking for great promoters, promo girls and hosts. 37. What is the catch?
There is no catch. The way our business works is the partnered venues gives us a small percentage of commission in regards to your spending and we put a small portion of our commission aside and fund your luxury rewards and VIP experiences by tracking everything. We also offer amazing VIP features to help you plan your nights simultaneously! You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain being a client with Luxward.
38. Can I split the bill with other friends?
Yes you can, but only the person who made the reservation on Luxward will receive the points from the enter tab.
39. Can I reserve my tables on the web rather than the mobile applications?
No. We want everyone to book tables on the go and most of our features wouldn't work if on a laptop or desktop.
40. What if I have other questions that were not answered on this FAQ?
